Mariya Kubishyn, J.D.

Mariya Kubishyn is the Operations Manager for Public Guardian Services, where she supports guardianship and conservatorship appointments with expertise across legal, financial, and administrative domains. She brings a strong background in fiscal management and business operations to the complex case management requirements of public guardianship for at-risk, vulnerable populations served by Public Guardian Services. Mariya is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Precarpathian National University in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
